Amazing to work with! Larry, Heath, and Nathan are great they run a super efficient company and their customer service is top notch! We were under contract twice with pool companies that were on the front end super responsive and then as soon as the process began they became completely unresponsive for months. We explained our frustrations Larry listened and explained their process, timelines, and set expectations with us! That’s exactly what we were looking for! Now we’re less than 3 weeks in and already have permits approved, city of Katy approval, our layout inspection complete and approved and our dig date set for next week!

Absolutely the best pool company in Katy and all of Houston. They have exceeded our expectations at every stage. Larry came up with the perfect design for our yard and went from design to dig right at 30 days. Heath our superintendent has been here every day checking on the progress and getting inspections scheduled and we are now ready for gunite in just 45 days. We recently signed on to have our pool built with Katy Prairie. Larry really listened when we were describing our dream pool and his renderings were on target. We are eager to get started and know we made the right choice!

I can’t say enough about this pool company. We originally signed a contract with another company back in June of 2020 and as of the beginning of November, we still did not have a dig date or permits and after several lies, design functionality issues and complete lack of communication, we decided to find another company and we are SO GLAD THAT WE DID!! We signed the contract with Katy Prairie Pools at the end of November and we already have permits, a hole in the ground with rebar and plumbing and it passed inspection this morning so we are ready for gunite! A huge shout out to Nathan, Larry and Heath for a fabulous design, daily status updates and project management and communication skills that go above and beyond.
